The same kind of person who would dedicate a room to his model trains I guess. Not my cup of tea but I'm sure there is an audience.

If you aren't going to buy something unless it's 99% off I doubt you really actually want it anyways. I mean if I could get a Lamborghini Murcielago (see avatar) for 99% off I would be able to afford it, but not the insurance, upkeep, or repairs.. So, I probably wouldn't buy it.
