Origin Keys for Giveaway?

Hey there, i have 2 Origin Keys and i'm not sure if i can create a giveaway with these because it's "STEAM"gifts^^

One Key is Populous, however, i can't even find it in the list for giveaways (i think it is an Origin exclusive) so here you go:

ATBK-ZH7F-TUR6-HQ9N-QNGV

The other game i have is Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising, also an Origin Key. This game IS on Steam, so i COULD create a giveaway and add the information that it's only for Origin. Is it allowed? Otherwise i would just edit the Key in here ;)

Whoever takes a key, just let the others know so they don't try to activate it again! ;)

Nope. You can only create giveaways for steam games. No origin, desura, etc.
