I got mw2 off a website and received a steam key for it. It was called Modern Warfare 2 UNCUT, what is different about the uncut version or is it the same?

not cut off, but killing civilians is not being tolerated (at least in germany).

Don't worry about it. Uncut is better as nothings been stripped/cut from the game.
