Actually I disabled the Steam Cloud because the witcher 2 saves are ridiculously big to upload and store on cloud. It's under the documents folder however, so nothing happened to them. But I don't have game files to open those saves, so, just a huge fail whoever is responsible for this.

In the middle of nothing, Steam started updating the witcher 2. And its size was 16 GB. When I looked into the "common" folder, I realized the whole witcher 2 folder is deleted and steam is downloading the entire game again and put the files under "downloading" folder. Thanks for screwing my local files before I finish the game, Steam or CD Projekt...
