Yes, there are sites for this, but you need minimum transaction is $20, and you also pay some fees by doing it.

Yes.

I've traded BTC for Paypal before. There are some website offer this service. The trade fee is quite high tho.

If you want to use BTC for buying things on Steam, you can just simply trade BTC with keys in dispenser.tf

That or use some sites like humble bundle, or you could trade with some random stranger (and probably get chargebacked, not a good idea)

i don't know about paypal, have tried a lot, all have big fees
if you want to transfer to bank accoun tho, i like xapo. you can even order credit card and buy stuff with your bitcoin balance IRL ;)

Yes, of course. There's always a chance some guy will scam you, but if you look around there'll probably be some guy willing to trade at whatever a certain exchange rate is.

I used my balance to buy a game of gk4.m4 and in principle its cool how you use bitcoin to pay, but there was an error on their site and so far its just been a hassle. Wish I would of just saved it, because unlike paypal i can't get my money back unless they send it to me.
