I'm sure someone already said this, NieR: Automata. If you like Jazz, maybe Cuphead and Persona games. I agree with you about Hiroyuki Sawano. He makes great soundtracks. I like his OST in Gundam Unicorn. Yuki Hayashi is good as well (Composer of My Hero Academia OST).

Among newer games (tons of great suggestion have already been made so I don't wanna copy and paste other users' lists =P) I would highly suggest the DLC soundtrack for Ash of Gods - the game's great and the soundtrack is awesome!
