In general we never wanted to be a advertisement billboard for other services, so in last guideline overhaul it was decided that people can advertise anything in GA description (unless it's falling into "banned content" category), and then other things only in 4 categories - add-ons, group recruitment, user projects, games.
Advertising discord GAs on SG falls under "3rd party giveaways" user content category, so would not be allowed even in the GA description. So you can write in the description that you have discord and people can join, but can't write that "I will give away Horizon Zero Dawn on my discord server, join for chance".
Discord evolved from simple place to chat with people when you play games, into huge ecosystem. I for longest time did not know you can have giveaways on discord, as I was using only SG discord to chat with people, and all GAs there are made via SG.
Someone else already took care of it. But yes, no one should call another user nazii for any reason. Even in "jokes"
And you can always create a ticket, just remember to add screenshot of what was said, link to comment or transcription. If someone deletes comment we can't retroactively suspend without evidence.
And also more people reporting the same person kind of raises red flag that something happened in the forums. While random reports are in majority about inactivated wins or multiple wins. So here more people reporting the same person is better. Worst case scenario is that someone will close ticket without taking action as it was deemed that suspension was not warranted.
