Apparently a game in the same gameplay style as Hotline Miami. I remember seeing this on kickstarter, and then later on heavy sales and in a number of bundles. Commiserations to anyone who backed it expecting a good deal, though at least the game came out with your support. A cautionary tale, and a giveaway for those who care.
