Popped in here to say the same. I was confused as to why it even appeared in the list. I reckon it is because the bundle has the Season Pass which I don't own, so it probably considers the bundle as something I don't have.
And that season pass is nothing but some extra missions and some skins.
It's because of the different app id I think. I had this with Alan Wake, I have the game and DLC but I would still get the bundle here (until I filtered it out). DLCs also appear even if you have them or even if you don't own the game.
