The critically acclaimed movie "Snakes on a Plane (2006)" was actually nominated for a "Best Original Screenplay" Academy Award -- but the nomination had to be rescinded once it was found out it was based on Dr. Seuss' "Pontoffel Pock's Poisonous Promises" book.
I just talked the other day with my mum about taking pets with you on a plane... I wasn't talking about snakes though... Would they go in holding? Would they go in cold sleep state? (No idea what that's called in English...) So many questions!
