I wanted to say thanks for the heads up, it's really weird that the Crazy Machine 1.5 doesn't activate this actual game because I own the 2 games you mention and when I try activating the key it said that the game included in this package are in my library already, very odd.
I guess I'll be opening a ticket since those 2 games are not on the GA list nor do they even have a Steam page, in fact when in my library from Crazy Machine 1.5: New to the Lab the store page it bring me too is Crazy Machine 1.5.

Indeed, that's all very odd. I was in contact with fanatical but they apparently don't care at all. They simply stated what I've cited and that's about it. In the same message I also had asked them to ask the dev to get their stuff straight, as the "Back to the shop" (or something along the lines) is also wrongly implemented in the shop. They didn't even comment on that issue.
Apparently all of this is known for years and people have complained to the dev in the games discussion section but never did anyone in charge reply or actually do anything about it.

I thought you might be interested in the response I got from support, apparently it's ok to do the GA for Crazy Machine 1.5 as it's a known problem and they don't suspend when it come to that game as long as you own the 2 other games:

Steam does not report that users own Crazy Machines 1.5 (appID 18430), but it does report Crazy Machines 1.5 (app ID 18450 - Crazy Machines 1.5 New from the Lab) and Crazy Machines 1.5 (appID 18460 - Crazy Machines 1.5 Inventors Training Camp) . Both appIDs redirect to correct store page of 18430 when you try to access them.
Because of this winners of Crazy Machines 1.5 are not recognized as rule breakers in our internal scan. Only if their library miss those appIDs (18450 and 18460) they will be marked as having inactivated win.
So you did activate correct game and nothing is wrong with your account.
This problem was known as early as year ago. And described here
