That sounds annoying to everyone involved, I'd rather not do something that seems set solely to annoy people.

Appreciable sentiment, though, but one I think could be better presented-
For example, responding to everyone that makes unique comments on a giveaway (after it ends and winner is revealed), with links to your own private giveaway of the same game, as a sort of acknowledgement of their effort.

Just, something better than unsolicited spam, in a format that many people'd find annoying or confusing, rather than reassuring and encouraging, when coming from strangers. :/

'course, could just go ask us to search giveaways for comments from people we know, and wish THEM luck.
That's kinda a cool idea, then.
