The Stage

Finally we can rise to the challenge; a finish up the mountain! The last 65 kilometres will all be uphill and the final climb is 20 kilometres; many riders will get 'cooked'. Expect to see teams Sky and Movistar dominate this stage. Chris Froome broke his foot on the Beixalis during the last Vuelta a España, will this still be on his mind?

Tour Touristique

Part of today's stage leads us through Spain. In the nearby city of Lleida you can find the Old Cathedral of Lleida; a cathedral that is designed in a transitional style between Romanesque and Gothic.
