No, ever since Steam changed their API, no website has access to your full license page, so they can't see if you got a game if it got completely removed from Steam.. For example, all the Zonitron games (including this one) wont appear as owned on SG, nor Steam DB nor any site
If you got the game (I do) you can go to any website that tracks games and see if it appears, it wont.. So there isn't any way for SG to track this particular game... That said I believe he could have created a Sleengster 1 giveaway instead
Like the first person said, you'll want to delete this and redo it. The game won has to match the game activated by the winner or they'll get in trouble with support.

or is SG only looking "oh its not on steam its okay to not have it?"
you still have all ids in your "license" list, even if the game is not anymore on steam.
