Hello. There is an issue with the activation. The game that is added in my library is called Hentai StoryS. I got an info saying that the game is not released yet. It has no store page.
However in my licences page, it seems as if I activated Djiguli. When I go to Djiguli store page, i see that it is not in my library.
Something is messed up with this key. I cant mark as received in this case. Otherwise I can not enter to Djiguli giveaways.
Lets see what other 7 winners experienced.
I have seen the profile of the other winners that they marked as received and they only have Hentai StoryS, probably the others didn't check what they activated.
Thanks for the game ;p I seem to have the same issue as the guys above - when I redeemed the game, it said DJIGULI but in library I have Hentai StoryS. That is curious ;p
Hi BrutalLoner, I was trying to contact with the Steam support but they don't have an option to help when you activate a key, anyway, I have seen the game in the support section says --> Activated as part of: DJIGULI... But we don't have DJIGULY, probably the key only is for Hentai StoryS.
I didn't find much information on the Internet, just this link from Barter and they say the game Hentai Storys is activated as DJIGULI.
The giveaway was created with the Hentai StoryS information, but when the winners activated there was a first message that said the game was DJIGULI, but they really got Hentai StoryS. We had the same situation, we got the first message that DJIGULI was activated followed by another message that said that the game hasn't yet been released and when we checked the steam library we had Hentai StoryS.
Unless you want to delete the giveaway, contact to support to modify the giveaway information is the best solution at the moment, because DJIGULI is relatively new and it has Profile Features Limited, so I think SG can't check if we have the game activated, but in the future, it may not have that restriction and we could get a ban. I hope you understand our position, the other winners marked as received but they should not do it, they could be suspended.
