Hmm...that's odd. Its a worldwide key so it's not a region lock and it's a newly revealed key from this bundle.
Maybe just a server error? Let me know if you continue to have the issue.
EDIT: Did some digging and this seems to specifically be a Steam error, not based on the key. Advisement is from Fanatical, but I assume it stands for Humble keys as well: https://support.fanatical.com/hc/en-us/articles/24756866120722--An-unexpected-error-occurred-when-activating-on-Steam.
