I don't see how it won't, now that everything it contains has been bundled. It should award less cv than gifting everything separately, I just wanted to not have to do the endless rerollings these DLCs are prone to :P

I was joking :) yes, I know the infinite reroll problem, believe me (one of my GAs haven't finished with a success reroll in the end)
