First, it's possible for you to make your giveaway region restricted, so you don't have to worry about people entering the giveaway without being able to receive the gift.

Second, how are we supposed to know whether or not we'll be able to receive the gift if we don't know exactly which country you're from? Almost all countries have some region restrictions for Steam keys.

Aparently he is from South Korea, if the game is restricted to Korea unfortunally i cant participate, but thanks anyway. :D
