Hello Estbarul.
Your ticket https://www.steamgifts.com/moderation/ticket/ByUr2/ was closed by mistake. I'm already on it to get it re-opened in case you can manage to get the winner's consent 9 years after the fact.
Sorry about that.
Edit: Since you've not been online since my reply I'm adding this information as an edit to my comment:
Unfortunately the ticket cannot be re-opened. Please open a new delete request ticket for the giveaway in quotation. Thanks.

thanks! yeah I didn't know at the time, it was a group I made who are not very tech savy, another one is a scammer... it is even suspended from the site, can you at least delete the giana sisters GA since the winner is suspended?
I can try to reach the winner of Beatbuddy, whom doesnt even a decent ratio even... but I can try to get him. thanks for the answer

No, unfortunately we can never delete a giveaway without the winner's consent - no matter if they're just not online or permanently suspended.
Sure, if you reach them feel free to open a new ticket for the Beatbuddy giveaway. Also - just in case - you can close tickets yourself whenever issues are resolved or if it's just not needed anymore with the button at the top right on the ticket's page.
