This looked suspicious so I contacted the creator of this giveaway to see if this was re-gifted and they confirmed that it was here. You've been here for 3 years, you should know that this is not allowed. As such, I cannot mark this as received and will be submitting a report ticket. Sorry about that. I didn't realize I already owned the DLC and didn't know what to do with the extra key. I had the settings turned on to turn off giveaways of games I already owned but I guess it missed that one. Didn't realize re-gifting was not allowed but I can definitely see why it wouldn't be. I'll try to be more careful next time.
