Steamgifts doesn't let you create giveaways for https://store.steampowered.com/app/238260/Pinball_Arcade/ because the game is free to play on Steam, it can't be given away here. You shouldn't have created these giveaways in the first place.
The link you included in the description is for the base game, not the Season Four Pack. Is this the free base game or the paid DLC?
