Hello viking it's been giving me this error on Steam for the past couple hours I've tried to redeem:
The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again. Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance.

If you can't replace it without having to pay for a new one I'm ok with deleting the giveaway. Thank you

EDIT: Uh when I was on mobile it gave me an error that said to try again later but now it just says it's a duplicate key
