I stumbled across your GA and see you're not sure how to send the keys, maybe these pictures will help you?
When originally creating a giveaway you should paste the key or gift link (from humble bundle etc.) here.
If you didn't do that, then you should send the key this way, shown here.
You should be careful, you can get suspended from the website if creating too many wrong giveaways, same with you need to activate wins to your own account (Shadowrun Returns Deluxe). If they don't send you the key, then mark as not received.

I already understood what was the problem : I thought I could give games I own and I do not want anymore.
Sadly, with 3 fails, I already blocked the "create giveaway" option. :(
Can you explain why I have to activate Shadowrun ? I should be able to use the key on another account, don't you think ?
Ah okay, well if you write a ticket to support and explain that you understand how giveaways and the rules work now I'm sure they'd likely give you another spot in the future, should you follow the rest.
And no, that's a big rule here that you have to activate it to this account. FAQ Otherwise anyone could sell and trade it (or regift it away on here giving them levels) etc.
If I win a game, can I regift, trade, or sell it?
According to our guidelines, no, all games you win must be activated and redeemed on the Steam account you used during registration. Failure to activate games you have received will result in a suspension.
