Hi Panda, I owe you an apology since I should thought earlier about explaining situation to you. Using sgtools if found you have one not activated game - [City of Chains (2017-09-02 05:14:00)] and one multiple win [Starter Pack for Arcane (won 2 times) (on 2017-06-22 04:37:00 and 2017-08-04 18:00:00)]. I contacted the support asking them if I am eligible for selecting another winner and since then I'm waiting for their response.
Activate the DLC correctly thank you very much, I just need the other DLC and I can play the game. It's my thing this does not make me play the games if I do not have all the DLC's
If you want you can add me and maybe we play at S & T: WC
