The winner looked at the key a few days ago but has not activated the game or marked the GA as received.

I couldn't leave a reminder on their Steam profile because the comments section is set to private.
If no response is heard in 2 days, I will request the GA to be deleted and might report the user if the key is discovered to have been used elsewhere.
Still no response from winner almost 24 hours after my initial attempt to contact them.
I just sent them a Steam friend request as a last ditch effort.
If there's no reply to any of my messages in the next 36 hours, I will ask support to set received feedback since the winner has looked at the key and has had ample time (7 days) to activate it or report any issues.
