Do you know if one needs the base game to play the mission packs?
If yes, you should carefully check your winners as I could enter even I do not own QUAKE.
I think I saw it stated in previous giveaways for this game that you actually DO NEED to own Quake to enter for the mission pack. But as I do not own nor Quake, nor its mission packs I am not sure if that is correct or not.
I am pretty sure I remember a Quake Mission Pack leding to some trouble a while back. Usually I would back your arguments, but as far as I remmber the mission packs do require the base game. But, as I am not sure, I ask the GA creator.

It looks like not, the steam page usually lists that, and the fact you can enter this give away without it confirms it.
