Description

Thanks for entering my giveaway! The 'rules':

1) No thanks are necessary, I have a mountain of keys sat doing nothing so they may as well go to good homes :)

2) If it's DLC, make sure you have the base game first and that you don't already own the DLC before entering.

3a) Some of my keys are from ancient bundles. If you are unlucky and get a dead key, please leave a comment on the giveaway and I will do my best to get another key for you. 99% of my keys are good though :)

3b) If I can't get another key for you, I will add you on Steam and will try to send you the gift directly on Steam. When I add you on Steam, send me a message through Steam telling me which game it is that you won but got a dead key for.

3c) If I can't get another key for you and I can't send the gift directly on Steam, then I will ned to get admin to delete the giveaway, and I'll send you some random game you don't already own as an apology.

4) If you win, please claim your key as soon as possible :)

5) Have fun!

All above is OK'd by support

I still have >2000 keys to give away, so I will be doing this for some weeks yet.

Hey!

First of all, thank you for sharing :)

I am a bit curious about your "rules" and how they are OK'd by the support, especially the giveaways deletion part. Does this mean that one has to agree to giveaway deletion if the won key is a duplicate before entry, and if so, is this something that's been granted specifically to you or is it considered ok for everyone to have these kinds of messages in case we're unlucky enough to give a duplicate?

Thank you in advance

I don't know. I joined a year ago to offload all my spare keys, and got sick of doing giveaways where maybe one key in a hundred was from an old bundle or something and was no longer valid, I would try any buy a new key to replace it but a) the personal cost to me trying to giveaway keys mounts up and b) the logistics in doing so was a nightmare. So I was always told by support that if a replacement key can't be supplied that the giveaway has to be deleted, or I do not supply a key and end up with negative feedback. Please note, that every person that I have been unable to provide with a replacement key that has agreed to the giveaway being deleted has been sent some other random unowned Steam key(s) as an apology by me. So I came up with the 'rules' you see on my giveaways so that arguments don't occur - basically if you want to try to win one of my keys but something goes wrong, then you agree to delete and you'll get some other game in return. It has worked so far, and last time someone questioned this I sent the whole set of 'rules' to support who OK'd them.

I see, thank you. The reason I'm asking is that I'm in the situation of having gifted a key that's apparently not working, and I am unable to get a response from the winner S:
