I'm fine with ga deletion and I suppose that most of users too. Some are not ok with that though and will refuse for deletion :) I use lootboy group for this kind of giveaways and there is also "delete giveaway if key is not working" group. So I would recomment using these two for future giveaways like this :)
Not that they prevent in 100% finding winner who would not agree to ga deletion, but chances are low :)
