I noticed you always make two giveaways at once, but what determines which giveaway you make public and which you make Group-Only?

nothing really, anything can be either or both. I'm sure a more popular game makes more sense as public, as it reaches more people than an even nicher thing nobody's heard of, but I'm also sure everybody on steamgifts who's interested in the group and/or curator has heard about it in the last 3+ years, so it doesn't matter much.
