Almost bought Verdict Guilty at launch then again during summer sale. Decided on the BTA as i wanted the OST anyway and I didn't have STA2.

Actually (if you're only looking at steam keys), $1 for a $3 game that's sure to get bundled, is less interesting than ost+2 games for 60 cents more. :P

It was 1.53 when I bought it, gotta love me that 4 cent saving.

yeah, but the two other games bundled by gala and as leftover worth $0.1 (and 90% of my steam friends - including me, with my small library - have both, usually its a bad sign for a game)

$1 is okay for me with the added cards it can be easily ~$0.5

Note, with IndieGameStand, if all you want to do is demo a game, you can pay $0.25 just for the DRM-Free version. I do that all the time and then purchase a Steam key later if I like it.

This sin't unique to IGS, you can do the same with Humble Bundle when DRM free versions are included. There's also been times when this hasn't been possible on IGS as they've either not included DRM free versons or the dev has set a minimum price.

Dunno how good this deal is. In my region this game is already $1.99. I'll just wait for -50% and it'll be basically the same.

Yeah, given the low base cost of the game on Steam it's not a great deal if you only want the one game but it's only a month old and this basically 66% off (using USD). If you happen to want all three then your more are less at a T1 bundle anyway.

I don't know if I'm in the minority and this is just a glitch or if this will happen to anyone else: I bought Super Trench Attack 1 and 2 from IGS when they were the daily deals.

When I BTA'd on this one, I only received Verdict, neither of the other games.

I'd definitely contact them and query that.

I think you can only have one copy of a game on your account, so it's not a glitch. Contact IGS support and see if they can give you gift links to activate on another account.

Not really, you can have more than one gift copy on your account. They should be added automatically to your wallet.

I'm an IGS Elite subscriber and I received the games from the deals. However, I tried to purchase a second copy (BTA) and got nothing but a Paypal receipt e-mail (no purchase receipt from IGS or extra copies on my wallet). I've already contacted support, I don't know if I should have bought it differently (checkout process is not that clear for subscribers and this post from the forums doesn't help either).

0,69€ for me. It seems better to buy the deal on IGS. BTA is $1.60 right now and you'll get STA2, along with STA1 and Verdict Guilty.

I snagged Verdict Guilty for $1 and have to say it was well worth it. Definitely some nostalgia food, but it stands on its own as a fun little fighter. I find it ironic when people nickel and dime when it comes to games already priced super low, but then cry about how devs should be supported. Yes I'm sure they will appreciate that .02 you splurged to purchase their game....and the negative review you gave because it didn't have cards, or VR or some petty thing. :)

yep ,steam can be a cruel playground.

I do find some of the "reviews" very irritating moaning about something or other while not actually reviewing the game-play.
Though to be honest a lot of us have probably been guilty of what you mentioned at one time or another.
It's the old games i have a problem with as i used to be a big second-hand pc gamer buyer.
I don't like been asked to pay over the odds for a digital copy of an old game i could once buy for 50p at cash-converters.
New games are a different matter ,i agree.
I think they've been devalued to some degree by the Steam store getting flooded with so many low-rate indie games
that are genuinely only good for cards .
It's led to a crowded market with the good ones fighting for recognition.

Anyways ,i'm just a cheap-ass gamer so what do i know :)
