WASD, but really weird. I use my thumb on D, my index finger on W, and my middle finger on A. My ring finger is used for shift, my pinky is used for control, and the heel of my hand is used for space. I have no idea why I do it like that, I just got used to it.

Arrow keys, since Quake 1 era.
I use the mouse on the left hand, although I'm not left-handed at all. I actually find it harder to move using the left hand in FPS games.

Do you use the common WASD or other key combinations?
Personally, I use ESDF because it's close to the center of the keyboard and when I type, I don't need to move my hand too much.
