Hitman Sniper Challenge bonus in Hitman Absolution?

Hi guys,
I just installed Hitman Absolution and as far as I know, the rewards you unlock in Sniper Challenge (silencers,clip size etc.) can be used in Absolution.
So my question is simple: how do you use them?

Sniper Challenge is like a different "game", which give you an extra mission. I got it once from a giveaway on some site, but it's region locked to Japan, so I can't play it. Or I am wrong?

I know. I have Sniper Challenge and I unlocked everything in it. Now I am curious how do I use the unlocked items in Hitman Absolution. I did some googling and got HERE and HERE but no answer. Same on Xbox/PS related forum.

If you figure it out then let us know because I unlocked all that shit in Sniper Challenge and I never figured out how to use them in Absolution either.

well you simply use any unlocked item (weapons, disguises) when you're either doing challenges or when you're re-playing any mission

Yeah but how do you get the items in Absolution? You don't have to login in game or something. Does it read the Sniper Challenge saves automatically when you start Absolution or you have to do something else to get them there.

whoa, I thought all Sniper Challenge games were on Steam, therefore it would be linked to your account as well as the Hitman Absolution, now I'm not sure

That's what I thought as well and so far I'm not sure they gave Sniper Challenge on other platform then Steam.
However, many people that bought the game on Steam didn't find the unlocks so I assumed that it doesn't work like that. But I'm not sure yet.
