SGT issue....

Not actually sure where to ask this question but...

I keep trying to enter SGT giveaways for the past day or so but it says that I have unactivated wins (which I don't) or that my profile is private (which it isn't) and I don't understand why.

Not sure why this is happening nor how to fix it. :\

Try re-syncing, see if that works (needs to be done separately on the SGtools website)

Click on the small arrow next to home (upper left corner) -> synchronize

Steam has been kind of down all day, just wait until it recovers and do a manual sync on sgtools.

Same here.
It happened on one particular GA a few weeks ago and now it's reappeared.
Last sync was 1 day ago.
Edit: Just resynced, didn't work.
Edit2: Tried again, now it works ¯\(ツ)/¯

Resyncing helped, that was annoying. Thanks, I didn't know that was even option.
