How is it that Nuuvem is so cheap?

I just bought new ROME II DLC Wrath of Sparta there for 4,5 €...(on Steam for 13,49 €/$)

Where do they get these keys so cheap?

Brazilian official reseller, it's not same as g2a, Kinguin or other semilegal resellers at least.

as in, what is the downside to buying from this Brazilian official resellers. I never quite understood what they get out of this, since they sell something cheaper than the official price.

They don't sell always something cheaper than the official price, Brazilian prices on Steam aren't the same as US or EU or other prices. They're cheaper. And the downside is for some games the can be region locked, but if it's the case, they always say it, unless it's some case of SEA countries region lock they may not know, I always bought from Nuuvem, not region locked games, no downsides at all, only positive things, you get games cheaper and from an official reseller.

If a game is region locked you will get a notification from Nuuvem and won't be able to buy it.
So really, no downside at all.

It is a good site,just be careful it does not always alert you that product will not activate in your Region

It usually does,but it has been knowing not to point in case i bought GTA Vice City did not warn me about not for my Region but i could not activate it,but other games i tried said it was not available in my Region.

Just a heads up and others have posted on other forums of same thing no warning of Region lock,i should have used google before i bought but still GTA VC was only a dollar something so not a huge deal.
