Well, EA did some effort on keeping at least C&C alive. The Dune licence was most likely never renewed, and C&C itself suffered two major blows in a row with the flop of C&C4 and Generals 2 (C&C MMO), but at least you can still see them putting it on sale and not trying to just hide it in a corner.
They really should put The First Decade on Steam though…

Test Drive Unlimited. Okay, it's not really THAT old (2006), but you can't get it pretty much anywhere anymore. Ebay is probably one of the few places where you can buy it legitemately. Shame, really. It's the best racing game I've ever played, it's just so unique.

This has been on my mind for a wile now. I know there are a lot of older pc games that we have played in the past that we can't get anymore. Not even on GoG. Ok, well not able to get legally. :P But I digress.
