idle_master_extended can trigger VAC?

No idea if it can or can't, or how Archi proved that it can.
IM would never install or work right on my machines, ASF has never had an issue on any of them.

Don't run idle master and play a VAC-secured game at the same time and you should be safe.

I use Idle Daddy as Idle Master stopped working for me some time ago. This one is an android app, so I don't have to keep my PC running all the time. Also, added bonuses are (a) that there's a discreet idling option where no gaming notification is sent to your friends & (b) targeted idling for boosting game hours (for whoever's interested).

Before I switched to ASF, I was using Idle Master, but I always came up with this problem. Basically whenever I closed Idle Master and opened up CS:GO (a VAC-protected game), after playing for around 5-10 mins on a VAC server I will be disconnected with the error: VAC authentication error

This isn't really a VAC ban, so I don't think it counts as triggering VAC, but it can get pretty annoying especially when you're playing a matchmaking match and end up having a cooldown timer because you left a match. So yea, I would recommend you use ASF instead. The ASF Wiki is also pretty easy to follow.
