I was reading this forum, about if you entered multiple giveaways for the same game and won 2 of them, they said to reroll. I want to know what this means just in case it happened to me.

Basically, the giveaway's creator chooses another winner through support ticket.

If you're the winner, you have to ask one of the giveaway creators to choose another winner because you cannot win a game you already own.
