edit: Are you sure you didn't lost it in your spam folder? To me it looks like the guy got negative feedback even though he probably send a key (most fake giveaways dont have a description like this: 'Steam key via email.'):p + ye calling out, not a good idea :p

Try to contact him on steam, if that doesn't help - contact admins. Hope you get your game ;)

dont get too discouraged about it, you'll win again sooner or later. every once and a while you get someone who did not understand the site before making the giveaway, or something like that

Are you sure that the guy who started the giveaway has sent the code to you?

There's nothing you can do, however I just reported that guy for not activating some of his wins so at least he'll get suspended for that for a couple of days ;).
