Right click on the shortcut for chrome on your desktop choose properties from the shell context menu and then under the target box add what MDuh said.
make sure it is after the quotes in the target box so it should be something like: "C:Program Files (x86)GoogleChromeApplicationchrome.exe" -enable-easy-off-store-extension-install

I know it's been asked a billion times, but i can't seem to download the new extension for chrome. Whenever i drag the extension into the "extension" page, nothing happens. Also, it says "apps and extensions, and user scripts cannot be added from this website."
Any suggestions?
