Is anyone else getting glitches/ not receiving Summer Cards?

I have spent just over $20 dollars and voted 5 times... yet I only have 1 summer trading card.... If I'm correct I should have 3 cards???

I was just wondering if this is a known glitch that I should contact Steam about?

or if my cards are still processing/taking awhile to turn up in my inventory???

You need to be level 8 to get cards earned by voting

Try and get pillar of community to level 2.

It's supposedly retroactive though. So keep voting until you can get to level 8 and then it should still count all the votes later towards summer cards.
