Curse? It's a well known competitive videogame company, I think.
They have a League of Legends team, a DotA team, a Starcraft team, they have official encyclopediae for certain games (Like Terraria, or Binding of Isaac Rebirth).

It's actually not a MOBA. At least, there's no PVP. It's cooperative hero defense.

It calls itself a MOBA. The userbase voted it to be classified as a MOBA. It has the gameplay of a MOBA. Dead Island Epidemic is co-op and considered a MOBA.

Really? The game looks far too similar to League specifically though. Just the change from PvP to PvE makes it a whole 'nother genre of gaming? The fact that everything else looks exactly the same has no impact?

It's a bit like saying that single player Half-Life is the same thing as Team Fortress. The games share some mechanics, but they play in an entirely different way. So different that you can't say much about one from having played the other.

The game is actually quite nice if you can find a bunch of friends to play with. Imagine a mix between The Last Stand (Dawn of War 2) & LoL, and you'll have a decent idea of what the game is about.
