So many Arma 2 giveaways

Why are there so many Arma 2 giveaways recently? I'm not complaining as I've entered all of them in the hopes of winning, just curious.

Bought that bundle, activatet Arma2 and synced with steam here ... why do i still see them? Is there a different Arma2?

So .. humm.
I just looked and i could buy Arma2 on Steam. There is no warning that i already have it in my library. ... and it is there, as "Arma 2"

Arma 2 has two ID's on the store. 33910 and 33900. 33910 now just redirects to 33900, I have the same problem. I can't remember what the reason was because it was a very long time ago. It had something to do with a cheaper way of playing DayZ mod, if I'm not mistaken.
