GMG Mystery bundle duplicates?

I bought a bunch of the mystery bundles because I was bored. How ever I was sent multiple keys that were invalid or already used as well as a few that said they were one game but activated another. Has anyone else had issues?

They want non cropped screenshots of the key, the error message and of my licenses and product key activations. I know of at least 2 that said they were one game and activated another. That I can prove because I own both so instead of saying it was used it just asks me to install the game (different one than the one they say) and can obviously prove invalid keys. I made giveaways for some that are duplicates and I can't prove that because I own them already so I just get a prompt to install it not an error.

I never had issues with them before and just started using them again during their summer sale and it's just been a giant headache. I also missed the Primal Carnage Extinction sale because the website kept saying I couldn't order anything until I finished my current order (my cart was empty)

if you own some games and want to SS it's a dupe, ask one of your friends to check activation if he does not own game,. He should get duplicate message SS. if you GA the keys and winners reported them as dupes then it may be hard to prove they were dupes as they could have activated it on alts and then reported dupes. In my experience though even trouble with 2 keys is enough to get you a refund if you can share SS.

I doubt GMG support will give you grief on this. In the past I bought one of their special bundles a year ago before they went region pricing and they fell short of keys for one game. They gave me an option to wait or seek a refund. I sought a refund after waiting one month to see if they could give me the missing key. It was granted. I think they will refund you after talking to support..

How long does "too many activation attempts" last? I get it all the time when redeeming bundles and now trying to verify all the keys.
