I want to buy GTA Complete with Vice City!!!!!!!!! :'(

During the last Summer Sale I spent a lot of money. Unfortunately I spent all my money at the moment when GTA Complete (pack that I most wanted to buy after Half-Life Complete) went 75% off. I waited new discount, and just before Halloween Sale started GTA Vice City (my favorite game in GTA series) is removed from Steam and there no options to buy all GTA games for PC! I read that there is even a chance that GTA never return on Steam! I'm very sad and angry!!!

Anyone has any idea why is GTA Vice City missing from GTA packs? @_@ Never before had I seen a gift remade that way, by Steam's rule whatever version you buy is the version you are to keep, it shouldn't be changed with others. For example buy a pre-order game and receive normal version or in that case, buy a full pack and don't receive one of the games in it, lol.

It's been removed from most (if not all) digital distribution platforms as far as i know.
So yeah, most probably Rockstar is responsible for that.
