"Can't purchase in your region"?

I tried purchasing the "Bioshock Triple Pack" from Nuuvem and it tells me "This product is not available for purchase in your region." I looked it up on steamdb.info, but I couldn't tell if it was locked in certain countries or not. Either there are 2 versions both locked to Germany or it's not redeemable at all in Germany. Is the version on Nuuvem actually not redeemable on Steam in the US?

It just mean that you can't buy it in your region, not that you won't be able to activate the key if you manage to buy it.

So the game itself isn't region locked?

I can't tell you that, but that message only means that you can't buy it from that store in your region. If the key will be region locked or not is a different story.
