Steam Store price correction for bundles which you have games from - gone?

Was checking few discounts for bundles recently and realized that this feature was disabled or something. Was there a Valve statement about this issue or am I missing something?

App - Single item.
Package - Collection of apps
Bundle - Special kind of package.

The new system only applies to bundles and is up to the publisher to implement. All the collections in the Star Wars sale as an example are packages. The Borderlands Triple Pack is an example of a bundle.

if it has /sub/, it's a Package which doesn't get price reduction (for example Skyrim Legendary Edition)

if it has /bundle/, it's a Bundle, which will get price reduction (Counter Strike Complete for example)
