Hey, I have a quick question. I have now played two of my wins but the first was unplayable (broken game, devs are aware). The second, Deleveled, is the hardest game I've ever played. I'd really like to beat a game this month so I'd really like to play Dream Daddy again but get a different ending (the bad Amanda ending) which means I'd have to play through it again. I saw your comment underneath and I think it should be ok because I have to play through the game again to get the other ending.

Starting slow and easy for now with something relaxing. Not sure what else I'll play, depending on the mood

Wow I don't know how some of those HLTB times are calculated but Iron Danger in 10h? I didn't even do half the side quests and I clocked at almost 3 times that! The fighting was a real pain in the a** with odd camera angles. I don't know. Maybe I didn't figure it out and others did. Maybe there were "trainers" involved? It just seems like an odd one.
I mean I took a lot of time on Shadows Awakening because I was enjoying the combat, exploring every inch of the map and doing sidequests that involved a lot of back and forth so yeah ok, I get you can just play the very strict minimum storyline but on Iron Danger, I don't know how people did it. Anyone here played it?

My first won here on SG - Just Cause 2, never played that series before and I'm happy with this game - already 22.4 hours played, half achievements got (26/50), not so close to the finish but there is so many activities except main story so i think i'm here for another 10-20 hours more.

Basic rules for gifters:
1) GA needs to be invite only
2) GA should be finishing in the first week of the following month, somewhere between the 1st and the 7th.
3) Eligible are all people that have beaten a game in that months event. You can find a list of elegible people under the leaderboard post in the event thread.
4) After you made the GA, send me the link so I can add it to the event page and list your game in the event thread. . (you can send it to me on steam or discord if you want, will give you my ID if that is the prefered method)

They allow you to play your dlcs, you don't just need to play the main game and keep it at that. I don't know if they can stop your stats updating since I never saw this sort of thing pop up before, just put them into idle time/achievements

I'm guessing its deus ex which you are talking about and you even mentioned you were gonna do the dlc too so its totally fine to keep adding to the game. Have fun with it

As Cece said it is totally fine for you to play the DLC's that you have bought and it adding time to your entry. There is no way other than changing it manually as time before the month, if you do not want the time to appear, because it grabs all the time of that specific game ID, so unless it is a stand alone DLC that can be played without the main game it will always add time to the main game.

There are two type of bundles from steam:

1) those that give you a single game entry (with 1 ID), that consists of several games in it like Deponia The Complete Journey. With those you have to play all of the games to have it count as beaten atm. This might change in the future though, have not made up my mind 100% yet.

2) those that with 1 key give you several games with different game ID's, for example like the HB key for The Bard's Tale IV gave you the games The Bard's Tale IV and The Bard's Tale Trilogy . If this is the case you can play each of the games as a new entry for the event. But if you do, please note it down in the notes section that you got this game from a bundle with the win you got it from to avoid us questioning it. Because even though we know a lot of the existing bundles we do not know every one ;)

I would think maybe Games where you run around, if you look for example at the third trailer video on the store page at around 0:57 and following. Also it seems to be very violent in parts, though not sure if you commit the violence (Games where you hurt others) or only others are hurt by other people.

Yeah, especially these cheap 2.5D platformers stages. ( I gave up for months just because of this, but finally manage to get through. And besides this unfunny parts, the rest of the game is utterly enjoyable. )

I have the same feeling with Chasm. HLTB shows ~11h for the completion. My stats show 27h, quite a difference :D
