No. But there're games I spent half price or less and I enjoyed so much that I thought I should have paid the full price instead... such as War of the Roses.

Console games...back then many N64 games were bought full price and were definitely worth it. As for the newer history...I can only remember GTA IV for the PS3 when it just came out and Counter-Striker: Global Offensive as pre-order even (it was really cheap though). Don't regret those at all. But there are almost no games nowadays that justify full price in my opinion. Rarely a game has a good long singleplayer or an addictive multiplayer. BioShock Infinite was close to getting bought full price but it's just way too short.

The only Steam game that I personally bought for full price was Universe Sandbox. In the year since I bought it, I've played for an hour. Most of that was right when I got it. I honestly expected it'd be better. I wouldn't have gotten it if I had known.
The only other game I regret buying for its price was Antichamber. I got it for $15 and haven't touched it since beating it.

Awesomenauts and The Binding of Isaac. I got a playtime of 140 hours for the first, and 230 for the second, for a total of 18,50$ or something. I think they were more than worth their prices.
Plus there was a time when I bought a lot of console games at their full price. Some were definitely worth the run, like Super Smash Bros, the different Fire Emblem, No More Heroes and the weird stuff like Killer 7.

I can't even remember what I've bought at full price the past number of years. I have strong discipline to not buy unless something is on sale, but there are a few exceptions. I preordered Borderlands 2 w/Season Pass, Counter-Strike: GO, Left For Dead 2, Natural Selection 2, Half-Life (pre-Steam), and Half-Life: Opposing Forces (pre-Steam). B2, HL1, and HL1: OF were absolutely worth it. Although I've enjoyed LFD2 and CS:GO, I wish I had waited longer. My playtime with them has been moderate and I've only recently eased into CS:GO after having it since release.
NS2 is a good a game but I've only played a couple of hours and the lack of adequate single player experience makes the barrier to entry too much. The servers seemed filled with people who expect everyone to be seasoned veterans of the series, and it's not an easy process acclimating to it without some guidance. I'm glad to support the company but playing the game hasn't been worth the full price.
The only games I'll buy full price or pre-order are those with enticing pre-order bonuses and a multiplayer component. I prefer good narratives and single player experiences more, but if they're well made they should be just as moving later on at a discounted price. As such, I'm extremely selective which multiplayer-enabled games I pay full price for since they don't usually full within my preferences.

Diablo 3 (i didn't ply the previous one but i quite like the grinding)
League of Legends - i bought legendary skins at full price :p
Age of Mythology The Titans - i logged over 2000-3000 hours on this easily on the span of a few years.
Deus ex: HR - don't play it often since there's a ton of other games waiting for me to play them.
Bloodrayne - logged a significant amount of hours on this as well
Any psx games were worth it, logged a lot of time on those.
Every pokรฉmon game i bought.
Darksiders 2

Portal 2
Arma 2
DLC Quest
ESIV: Oblivion
Fable II
Paid full price for all of these and they were all definitely worth it.

I think I got my playtime out of Terraria and Natural Selection 2, they are the only ones I bought full price.
