Anyone else had the winner of their giveaway ADD them first?

I don't see the problem in adding the person if you won the giveaway, I've done it myself it's not like hassling if it was hassling it would be adding then constantly trying to contact the person to receive the gift. I add them to make things more easier if the gift is been sent through steam well that's the way I see it.

Yeah I had that happen with my first giveaway today, it's kind of annoying I guess but nothing to really worry about, people are generally just trying to make the process go more smoothly for everyone. Just have to make sure it is actually the person who won and not someone trying to scam prizes.

What's the problem if they add you first? If you wanted to leave that transaction for later you just don't accept the request until you want to. Instead of what Facebook makes you believe, you don't need to accept every friend request like an automatoi and then hate them in silence.
