Just activated it here in Amsterdam, no VPN, so should work fine for you. All the DLCs worked fine as well :)

i had no loading issues, site was just a bit slow, never got an error. but always the message not avaible in your region or out of keys. got also all others but not the premium edition key :( but thx for information

Most of their GA are EU / NA as far as i know. Checking page source shows in what countries games are available.

They named their GA "Dead by Daylight Deluxe Edition" and it says:
The Deluxe Edition includes the base Game, the Official Soundtrack, the Digital Art Book and two Masks for PAYDAY 2
But in the end it is an upgrade pack, apparently for people who got the base game in last GA :)

Yeah I bought the game actually, but only the base edition. It kinda sucks that there isn't an option to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition. Killing Floor 2 has it at least :D

If/how they can fix this, i don't know. Just shared info posted about it, since in GA post it said it includes base game.
Maybe by sending new batch of keys for base game to those who already got upgrade pack, since i don't think you can change what game key activates. :)

That would be nice. As of right now, I'm sitting on all 4 of the DLC keys until the base game comes down in price (wouldn't have bothered with them if I had known the DE was just DLC).

Most of the people took the keys because it said "base game included", so now we just wait for it to get resolved.
I guess if nothing happens in the end i will give mine away to someone who has a base game, until then i can hope :D

People don't really think that much into what they are getting.
And a lot of them just hoard keys to then trade away.

Deluxe Edition DLC Upgrade doesn't offer anything new to the game itself and as i can see you are not even playing yours(not listed in recently played games) so what is the point of just adding +1 DLC?

Note: It is possible to activate Deluxe edition(2nd key) if you already used Deluxe edition upgrade pack(1st key), since Artbook is missing on the upgrade pack.
